We loved the central location of this hotel. It was right in the heart of the city, close to all the major attractions and shops. The convenience of being able to walk to the famous Braga Street and the railway station was a huge plus for us. We also enjoyed the fact that everything we needed was within reach, from great restaurants to a 24-hour convenience store.
We highly recommend this hotel for families looking for a comfortable and convenient stay. The quality of service and the range of amenities provided will ensure a pleasant and enjoyable experience for all.

- Nice design concept in all aspects, from lobby to the room - Placed in famous Braga St - Near to the city center - Quite comfort room - A lot of amusement and restaurants in the area
- Water flood on basement when rain comes - You can even hear somebody's walking noises in the corridor from your room

During my Xmas stay, I loved the attention to detail and friendly staff. The location was perfect and allowed easy access to key tourist spots and restaurants. The rooms were comfortable and clean.
The facilities could use some improvement. The bathroom sink faucet was slightly damaged and the sofa and chair were not as clean as they could have been.

This hotel was in a prime location near lots of great attractions and restaurants. the train station was conveniently close, making it easy to travel around. Plus, the room was functional and had all the necessary amenities to make our stay comfortable. We also enjoyed an added perk of the Christmas decorations which created a festive atmosphere.
The hotel was starting to show its age with tired decor. Some of the staff lacked energy and enthusiasm, especially during our checkout process.

The hotel is conveniently located near the city center and various entertainment options, such as a fitness center, cinema, and shopping center. there are plenty of restaurants and a 24-hour convenience store nearby. the breakfast was decent, and some rooms had a good view of the city.
One unfortunate aspect was the cleanliness of the rooms, as multiple reviews mentioned dirty rugs, bathrooms, and bedsheets.
